Francesca Barresi
After graduating in Foreign Languages and Literatures with a specialization in the German field, his academic interest focused mainly on the comparative and translational side of the low-medieval feminine mystic poetry, in particular that developed in the Rhenish-Flemish area. Currently engaged in a research project that analyzes the common identity of mystical experiences in Europe of the thirteenth century, she lives in Bologna where she works as a freelance translator from English, German and Dutch.
